This cottage is newly renovated, colorfully decorated, very quaint and a bit rustic by typical Captiva standards. It is almost 400 sq. ft. with small kitchenette, queen bed, built-in bunk bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The shower and toilet/sink areas are separated so two can prepare at the same time.
The new deck, located just off the entire wall of sliding glass doors has a commanding view of the Gulf and is furnished for dining or lounging. Coquina is all about the view!
Under the deck is another relaxation and entertainment spot with a built in bar reminiscent of a tropical island margarita bar! A hot tub is stationed between the bar and the beach, under a palm tree! BBQ only a few short steps from the gulf of Mexico.
Sun bathe on your own private beach within beautiful private dunes. Steps from Coquina's beautifully landscaped "coconut grove" you can collect rare shells, worship the sun or picnic within earshot of the surf. Picnic with alacrity while watching the kids frolic in the surf!
