A $500 per week advance payment by credit card will hold a weekly reservation. The payment balance is due 60 days prior to scheduled arrival. Final payment may be by credit card, check, or money order. 11% Florida state and hotel tax is applicable.

Cancellation allowed up to 60 days prior to scheduled arrival with full advance payment refund.

No refunds are given for cancellation within 60 days of scheduled arrival or after final payment is made unless home is re-booked for that period.

We suggest our available travel insurance to cover cancellations due to health or weather related issues.

Captiva Island Vacation Rentals

Our newly renovated Margarita Villa is a fantastic island style vacation home for a family of 2-8. A wonderful and large 26-foot pool, heated to 85 degrees, complete with a lighted authentic tiki umbrella table on the pool deck is a great place to spend a fun afternoon with a tropical drink. Or turn on the lights for a nighttime meal around the pool.

If you enjoy the famous Captiva beach on the Gulf of Mexico, it's less than a 2-minute walk as we're only five houses from the beach path. Captiva's charming "olde Florida" village and its many wonderful Island style restaurants is only a 3-minute walk.

	The living room is newly furnished in colorful, comfortable Caribbean Island style. A Sony cable TV with VCR/DVD, and an Onkyo stereo system with a 6-disc CD changer and Infinity speakers create a great party atmosphere with our eclectic collection of music CDs. Video/ DVD titles are available for loan at the Captiva Library located at the end of our street Three bedrooms and a private den with queen sleeper provide plenty of private sleeping space. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a brand new tiled private bath. The second guest bedroom has a queen and the third has two twin beds. Both guest bedrooms share another brand new tiled bath in the hall. The private den at the other end of the house has a queen sleeper with its own new tiled bath. All bedrooms and den have cable Sony TVs. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with all utensils, cookware, table service and new appliances, and of course a Margarita blender! Dining choices include a formal dining room off the kitchen with glass sliders overlooking the pool. The covered deck next to the pool also has a dining table for eight and is fully furnished, or you may wish to dine under the real palm frond tiki umbrella table by the pool. A Weber gas grill is poolside for grilling local seafood or just a "cheeseburger in paradise"! Extra amenities include full size washer and dryer, central air conditioning, ceiling fans in each room, fax machine, voice mail, Wireless High Speed Internet connections, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels, full linens in the house. Complimentary 7-speed men's and ladies' aluminum bicycles are for your use. Our bike supplier will also deliver additional rental adult bikes, child's trailers for infants, or trail-a-bikes for attachment to our bikes if your children are too young to ride solo.

There's local rental availability for golf carts, powerboats, sailboats, kayaks, jetskis, parasailing, children's bikes and roller blades. Fishing boats, poles, bait and guides at Jensen's Marina are nearby, or take a cruise to other islands for lunch, or a nature cruise to race with the dolphins.

Golf is available at two 18-hole courses just 20 minutes away on nearby Sanibel Island. What vacation spot could be better?
