Policies

Weekly rentals only.
Check-in is Saturday
at 4pm ( 16:00 hr).
Check-out is Saturday
at 10am ( 10:00 hr).

Smoking & pets are not permitted.

A $300 (1 week) or $500 (2 weeks) advance payment by credit card will hold a weekly reservation. The payment balance is due 60 days prior to scheduled arrival. Final payment may be by credit card or personal check. 11% Florida state and hotel tax is applicable.

Cancellation allowed up to 60 days prior to scheduled arrival with full advance payment refund.

No refunds are given for cancellation within 60 days of scheduled arrival or after final payment is made unless home is re-booked for that period. We suggest our available travel insurance to cover cancellations due to health or weather related issues.
